This institute was developed to enhance the lives of leaders across the world who have experienced major transitions and are compelled to revisit the vision God has given them. Our goal is to encourage and strengthen the visionary, ignite the flame of the exhausted and influence emerging leaders to arise with integrity and wisdom.
We endeavor to develop the whole person, not just their gifting or service to others. It is time to rekindle old flames and refine new ones.

All prospective students, regardless of experience/background must complete a discovery session prior to application for the desired course. Request your 15-minute discovery session today to determine which program is best suited for you!
All courses have limited seating and designed to meet the needs of leaders based on their experience and level of spiritual maturity. All applicants will receive a code upon completion of the Discovery Session in order to complete the application.

Minor Institute of Consulting & Coaching
This program is designed to RELAUNCH the Visionary and the person that is in some sort of TRANSITION. This 6-week program will hold those that accept the challenge, those visionaries, leaders to their vision and to their goals with a practical approach and prophetic consultation and revelation. This will be the catalyst to catapult YOU into your NOW & your NEXT!
Perfecting the Flame
This 9-month commitment is designed for the EMERGING leader that
desire refining in every area of their lives to be more effective in their sphere of influence. We will touch on subjects such as Image, Ministry, Integrity and Character in Jesus Christ which is our template. At the successful finish of this program, there will be a graduation ceremony and a special invitation.
Refreshing the Flame
This program is designed for leaders that are desiring times of
refreshing and renewing, a time of sharpening and a place to connect with a healthy vibrant community rooted in Christ. If you are serious about God’s mandate on your life and you want to keep the perpetual fire going in your life, then this program is for you. This is a 1-year commitment with an additional 1-year commitment to give back to this community.
